The Universal Shut Off Nozzle is very reliable and has a simple design with only one moving part. It features a positive shut-off system. The nozzle works great with gas assist pressures up to 8,500 psi.

Nozzle Function:
The resin injection pressure opens the valve. Resin flows freely through the nozzle without shearing. When injection pressure is removed, the valve closes and seats.

With gas assist, when gas pressure is applied it forces the resin into the mold, preventing gas from entering the injection barrel.
